We have certified ISO-9001, and Under Certification AS9100 At Aeronel, we employ Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Statistical Quality Control (SQC) methodologies to achieve our defect-reduction objectives. Our production lines and work cells are equipped with real-time visual displays that track and highlight defects as they occur. Corrective actions are systematically implemented to eliminate root causes and are digitally deployed across all projects through integrated IT systems. This ensures that every project on the shop floor benefits from improvements initiated in any single process. These corrective measures also play a vital role in setup approvals—both when launching new projects and at the start of each production shift. Each year, improvement goals are established based on prior performance, customer expectations, and Aeronel’spursuit of business excellence. These objectives are clearly communicated to every team member and executed through a structured annual program under our Total Quality Management (TQM) framework, known internally as Business Planning and Control (BPC).

We source globally, and manage Supplier Quality through timely and regular feedback on performancethrough on-site audits, and through controls established at the very beginning – at the time of developing thesupplier, and recording expectations in the contracts. In addition to Global Sourcing, we conduct internalreviews of supplier performance, and seek opportunities for continuous improvement. Our partners for Logistics management have been picked based on the best consistent speed for eachlocation (against what has been promised). While in some cases we manage our VMI (Vendor ManagedInventory) services through these partners’ warehouses.
